- No Liquor & no Nonveg served in this premises of PVI
- Usage of alcohol by participants is strictly prohibited
- Outside food and Pets are not allowed in the resort
- No Pets allowed as per resort Pets Policy
- There will be other guest in the resort, usage of the facilities are based on advance blocking or first come first basis
- Billing would be at the agreed rate for the number of guests guaranteed, or the actual number of guests, whichever is higher.
Resort Policies
- General Policies:

- Check-in Time: 1:00 PM | Check-out Time: 11:00 AM.
- Early Check-In & Late Check Out is subject to room availability and additional charges may apply.
- The resort does not serve Non-Vegitarian Food and Liquor and carrying of Liquor and Non- Veg food from outside is strictly prohibited.
- All the complementary activities mentioned in the package are subject to availability and weather conditions. No refund or compensation shall be claimed for non availability of the same.
- Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in for all guests.
- The resort is a smoke-free property. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- Pets are not allowed unless specified otherwise in your booking details.
- Guests are requested to respect the property, staff, and other guests by maintaining cleanliness and decorum.
- Booking and Payment Policies:
- Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or as specified at the time of booking.
- Additional charges may apply for extra beds, meals, or services not included in your booking package.
- Rates are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.
- Resort Usage Guidelines:
- Use of facilities such as the swimming pool, meditation spaces, and dining areas is limited to registered guests unless prior permission is granted.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
- Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest’s account.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Timeline and Charges:
- Cancellations made prior to 3 days before the check-in date: Full refund, excluding processing fees.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date or no-shows: No refund.
- Modifications:
- Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Date changes must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date.
- Early Departure:
- In case of early departure, no refunds will be provided for unused nights.
- Force Majeure:
- The resort reserves the right to cancel reservations in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions). Guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay.
- Group Bookings:
- Special cancellation terms may apply for group bookings of more than 5 rooms. Please contact the resort for details.
